A girlfriend passed on this recipe to me. She said it helped her lose her last 3 kilos!

A great smoothie to start the day and replace breakfast. Recipe includes super foods such as kale, ginger etc.

INGREDIENTS

1 mango

1 banana

1/2 cup pineapple

1/2 bunch kale

5 ice blocks

1/2 cup water

Ginger

DIRECTIONS

Mix up on speed 9
