This is a new one I made up after researching some of the super foods. This smoothie is really up there in health benefits. I make mine in my Thermomix because the whole fruit and vegie goes in thereby retaining all the fiber but of course this recipe can be used in a normal blender just no need to add the ice and water.

A great smoothie to start the day and replace breakfast. Recipe includes super foods such as kale, ginger etc.
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 bunch kale
5 ice blocks
1/2 cup water
Mix up on speed 9
Just enjoyed one this morning. Bursting with so much goodness. Smoothie includes Blueberries, strawberries and more. This is a Themomix recipe but can easily be adapted into your juice or processor.
