Best ever scones – Thermomix
Scones should be easy, well most of the time, however, the thermomix makes it even easier.
To be honest, I had to make some scones for a photo shoot. I was in the big smoke away from home and I didn’t have access to my trusty lemonade scone recipe from my cafe days. So I googled lemonade scones. They turned out to be disaster and to be honest with you, I don’t think the recipe was written correctly…..it had nothing to do with me I tried it twice. I was running out of time and lemonade!!
So it was plan b , the thermomix. I just went to the thermomix forums and found this one, this is the link http://www.recipecommunity.com.au/recipes/best-ever-scones/17707
This recipe makes such a beautiful, light and fluffy scone. You can tell the mixture is going to be beautiful as soon as it comes out of the machine. It is now added to the app, under the thermomix category.
